The scenario was about the siege of Sevastopol back in 1942 and has been released about one hour ago.

And now back to Market Garden: I made some graphical updates for the units.gif.

      • Jim, have you checked out the German armoured cars made by Daily Danger?

I believe you were looking for one, and they are excellent

        • Thanks for the advice, Gareth. I replaced my Sdkfz. 234/2 Puma with the one Daily Danger made and recoloured it.

hehe I meant that you were making progress on other scenarios (which is fine) but you're not making any progress on this (what we know) I know I'm desperate :P

                    • Ok, some updates:

                      * The US Airborne troops will receive the M8 75mm Pack Howitzer as additional unit.
                      * An own Polish Paratrooper unit will be added to the unis.gif.
                      * I´m going to give the Germans some 4x2cm AA Guns as well as some 8,8cm pieces.
                      * I will also include some Dutch Civilians.

That´s the update for the units, now for the gameplay:

                      * I thought long times about how to represent the mis-dropped supplies. First I created some "Drop Zone" terrain and now I think I can present a solution to this problem: Each time some supplies are dropped I will create via the events.txt a german "Supply" (or called whatever else) unit on some of these drop zones as well as german defenders.
Now the Human Player can decide to go after these supplies (which will cause heavy fighting, you can be sure) or not. The idea is to defeat the german defenders and attack the supply unit in order to receive some additional troops or whatever.

Any other suggestions, ideas, critics, comments ...?

I think that is a very good way to represent the mis-dropped supplies. But what will the player gain if they attack the supplies? Just more troops?

                        • Anyone some ideas HOW the uniform of Sosabowski´s paratroopers looked like?
And: Was there a special Polish Paratrooper Unit Sign?

                          • And some edited unit shields for now. Feel free to use them too if you like.

Is the brighter version of the Polish Parachute Brigade better or the darker one?

Same as UK paras: maroon beret, khaki battledress and a camouflaged denison smock. The difference lay in the incorporation of the Polish eagle in the cap badge. I'll scout out some pics.
