  • Question about Civ2

Where can I find sharp, colourful graphics for terrain and units (maybe not as much as CTP) for Civ2? That was the one thing that totally put me off Civ2, I'm ashamed to admit. Maybe it is time to check it out again!

BTW, if someone can work on making the music change with the gameplay in CTP2, that will be worth it. It is so boring right now.

uh civ2 can only use a very small reselution for its graphics so you can't really stop them looking all chunky like that if thats what you mean and there is a civ2 section not to flame you but you've got more chance of finding unit gifs there

Destruction is a lot easier than construction. The guy who operates a wrecking ball has a easier time than the architect who has to rebuild the house from the pieces.--- Immortal Wombat.

The best way to sharpen your view is to use SHIFT+Z in order to switch to the default view.

For improved graphics try the "HiRes Graphics Mod", which replaces most of the graphics in Civ2.
It doesn't really change your monitor resolution, though (as the name would suggest)
