Oops, didn't see your last post!

Nope, I don't know the song. Do you have a wav or a mp3 file? I haven't thought of anything for musical background for my secnario yet...

Lazzy perfectionist? Lol... I'm afraid that would be a good description for myself as well...

      SCDARS,
Yes, go use them, please! I think yours will be the first scenario to use my units, so I'm looking forward to it! Just don't delete my initials and credit me in your readme.txt file. Thanks.

        Hendrik,

I've read in your site that you're going on vacation. Have a great time! Maybeit's too late and you won't get to read this, but are you going to Germany? I will be there next three weeks...

Anyway, sure I will have my scenario ready for playtesting when I come back, in August.

          Thanks!
A little later and I would have been gone but your are lucky, I'm still here. My plane leaves at 6.30am tomorrow morning.
I will not be going to Germany but Turkey instead. I'll be in Germany from the 1st until the 19th of August. In Hamburg to be exact. I'm doing a "Praktikum"(don't know the englisch name for this) there at Rotring.

          Nice holidays to you, too!

Have you ever considered drawing from an isometric perspective?

"Condor Pasa" would be excellent as music!
And change your irrigation for terrazas de cultivo!

Isometric perspective: yes, I've had a try or two, but this kind of city icons gives you an original Civ2 feeling, which I like.

Terrazas... yeah, there surely will be on my scenario, but I need a good icon for them... never seen anything like that on the web.

I'm back in Spain, and ready to launch a final assault on this neverending scenario of mine.

                  Prometeus,
are you still willing to scan for me some 'terrazas' pictures? Please?

Thank you, oh mighty Prince of Italian Troublemakers!

The pic is good enough, but it was upside down. Maybe that's because the Inca Empire was on the south hemisphere? Just kidding, now where did you get that picture? Do you have more on other Inca improvements, such as temples, or cities? I can always improve my city graphic...

And now a technical question: I want to bring on 'terrazas' on my scenario, but I think they should appear only on hills, not on grassland and plains. Any ideas on how to implement this?

                      Thanks again!

I scanned the pic from Victor Von Hagen's book, "the Incas' royal roads". Sorry about the upside-down, i forgot to reverse it when scanning...

What about a Cuzco main view? Or maybe you need a Cajas' village reconstruction ?
Send me a PM, please, i'm going out for vacations, and i'll return tomorrow night...

Thanks again for your help, Prometeus!

That was exactly the kind of pictures I was looking for.

About terrazas, maybe I didn't understand your e-mail right. Do you mean drawing small isolated fields surrounded by stonewalls?

BTW, this is my post #100. Soon to be a Warlord!

Perhaps you can use a terrain you dont need, glaciers?, Then use the terraform command to transform hills to terraces (glacier or any other terrain you dont need). Quite easy isnt it?
Of course check the time this will need...

Yes, a perfect solution that one. Thanks a lot, Hendrik!

I should have realized it was as easy as that... But that's what these forums are for, no?

Sorry, my english is simply horrible sometimes...
You understand my e-mail right, JGV; but Hendrik's tip seems to be better then mine.
