Well heres the Rules...

now if it come up as untiltled, rename it to rules.txt and save it in the civ2/scenario/history folder.

Also, can some one pm winterfritz, maybe he wants to be french ... or does someone esle want it? (come on please )

Its darth veda's El, oh by the way, i will have to post different units, because, i found some very very wierd, 'bugs' i guess you could call them, i've playtested all the civs bar, french and british...
