The continuing drama of the new tribes

So tonight, I more or less started over again, taking the rules.text and the city.txt files and editing the Romans and their cities out and the Balheri and their cities in.

I turned on the game, and everything worked, mincluding, this time, the list of tribes being complete.

Unfortunately, something went wrong, because it greeted me by my Balheri name, Gwantesh, but when it came time to print in my city names, it left me with a blank box to fill in.

I know I have a nice long list of cities with proper Balheri names, but the program doesn't recognize them.

Anybody got any suggestions?
