  • You know it's a lot easier to use the color->adjust->red/green/blue and then just reimport the civ pallete...

that's how I did all of the winterized units for Red Front...

it may be necessary to cut out a section and paste as new image and work on it from there (increasing color to 16-bit as well).

            • I figure since this thread has so many helpful hints, and so many good graphics, I might as well sticky it to the top so it never gets lost.

                • Has anyone ever compiled a cheat sheet of whose initials are whose on units? "Alex" or "Case" are pretty obvious, but some of the others are more obscure. I would love it if some one could post the major designer's initials here. Also, anybody got a B1 bomber unit?

                  • Does anyone have a unit shield for a WWII Chinese unit?

                    • Thanks a bunch ol' Casey.

BTW, did you get the secret files I just sent out. My email has been acting screwy when I send out big zips. I get errors back, and sometimes the emails go through no problem and even result in me getting an error. I sent them to you as well ANZAC, but it was only Chris and Nick that gave me errors...

Just let me know, and I'll resend.

Actually, it should be a F111, but I admit that i was never satisfied with it...

However, with a bit work, one could turn it into a B1

The plane's called the F-111 Aardvark (or the 'Hog' to its Australian pilots)

You should tell that to the USAF. I'm sure they'd love to turn their F-111's into B1's.
