i need restoration files for civ2; v 2.42

I would be willing to send you that stuff, but I'm not sure that it's legal for me to do that.

Whose scenario did you run that messed up these files?

theyre not messed up, just not what theyre supposed to be, i never made a backup, and its legal, just as legal as modifying them in the first place

2.42 is CiC, right? If so I'll send them out. I don't what harm you can actually do with a few GIF files that won't really work unless you have more of the game.

CiC is version 2.62 (I think)

The gif files probably aren't the problem. The problem usually is in the text files. (I know that from experience.)

on second thouse i need cities.txt and rules.txt and yes the gif files are a problem they all look weird..

I'm guessing that you're going to need game.txt, labels.txt, and menu.txt as well...

fine then maybe i do, this modpack really changed everything, but still its not very large..
