Help needed in finding map for Boot

I'm currently looking for the map used in my Up the Deadly Boot scenario, I tried downloading directly from Jorrit's site, but his site is not functioning at the moment.

Does anyone know where I could find this map? If so please let me know at Vudak@aol.com
