    I'm not praising myself, but...

I have a gigantic archive of historical maps from 6 historical atlasses, as well as a huge amount of maps from ca. 60 books. If there is anything you need, from Viking journeys over Mayan expansion to the establishement of the Soviet Union, I should have everything.

Heh, only one small con: Most of them are in German...

        Some are...

But they're all only two feet away from my scanner, so it would be no problem to scan them all in... Do you think I should do that?

Prom, the link doesn't work (it could be my comp playing up though)

thanks Stefan, but I read very little german

I found some nice ones that are in French for the middle ages, but if anyone has any Npaoleonic maps (i.e europe before, during and after) then that would much appricated

Sorry, COckney, it was all my fault, I mispelled that link... Now it seems to work.

I've been parsing the web in search of terrain and railroad information for the Western Front update, and turned up this gem of a site (all eras):
                  http://www.killeenroos.com/link/maps.html
To La Fayette, as fine a gentleman as ever trod the Halls of Apolyton

From what I understand of that Civ game of yours, it's all about launching one's own spaceship before the others do. So this is no big news after all: my father just beat you all to the stars once more. - Philippe Baise

                    Kull: That site is wonderful!

C0ckney: Most of the maps are understandable, and if there is any doubt, I can still translate

Neat, Kull, but they rely on antiquated maps. Their map of Persia shows Pasargadae south of Persepolis, this was an error done before the 30's (when the site was excavated).
                      But still good

Neat site Kull... just one point: why there's not the La Maddalena island campaign, one of the few - and the worst, IMHO - Napoleon's fiascos?

I don't know if I have everything in one map, but I have something to offer I think...
