I guess that leaves me out. After CTP & AC were such big disappointments to me, I refuse to buy TOT until someone can prove beyond a reasonable doubt that it is worth the cost.

There is a link in the other civ/comparison forum to a site which claims to be giving away ToT for free. It is yet unconfirmed, but aparently someone has received a copy.
Edit: just in- a well known player has recieved a copy, CD only, no paperwork.

ToT is worth it just for the Sci-Fi game which I can't stop playing.

I have found far too many bugs for it to be worth anything for making scenarios.

However, I would very much like to try this new scenario, Kyokujitsu.
