Using Allard's recommended program, I have converted a lot of useful Imperialism graphics into CivII format.

Anyway he learned that "C"s in Latin were soft (like in the word Cheese) in front of i, e, and ae, but hard (like Cat) in front of a and o. In America it's always hard. So, how have you learned your "C"s?
)... wait a minute, i totally forgot about that, but when you have a dieresis on ae or oe ( indeed, first characters here are a or o ), it's always hard.
