Now, I'd add a link to this scenario in the Apolyton Directory, except that if I did that, I'd show up as the author of the scenario, not Kobayashi.

If you want to do it yourself, here's a link to the directory. Just go to the "Modpacks" directory, and click on "add link".

Hmm... do I need MGE edition to play this?

I have Fantastic Worlds but not the other expansions...
I also have Test of Time... but I don't think that's required...

yes you need MGE. Upgrade your FW to MGE here.
