    I don't have TOT but I do have MGE. I would be very happy to help you.

    Also, I'm not sure about if this is just my Civ II, but if I put TRIGGERATTACKER in the events, and if the trigger is caused by a turn or random turn, the unit reciever is the barbarians. Again, I am not sure if this is just my Civ II.

      Also, I am not sure whether this will help, but, if you want to play as the Rebels you can, by simply setting the reveal map for barbarian.
