Anyway, one more question, why is Mongolia a rebel nation? they were in the Komintern, that means, allied with Soviet.
Please note that the map that is listed for DL is changing on an hourly basis.
The whole thing has changed.
N Africa has been fixed.
Mongolia is not represented on the new map...??
All cities are now sized.
And have improvements.
Infastructure is what I am working on.
PS
Slovenia did not join the axis till April 1941.

Curt:
Two scenario files: GREAT idea, anybody may choose what he prefers!!! That's REAL freedom...
Italian - as FiGu correctly wrote - city is TRIESTE.
Maybe in Romania you can use BUCURESTI 8not very important, because the oil was at PLOESTI... (as Allies bombers knew it very well...).
What about VICHY instead of LYON?
Only if you want give more importance to the political factor respect of the economic one, of course... (awful my english!)
Maybe it coul be linked a trigger/event if Allies catch Vichy, or something like this...
KEEP ON THE GOOD WORK, CURT

@Gagliaudo:
Your advice is very welcome!
Using Vichy is more in fitting with occupied France.
Trieste has been given to the Euro-Axis bloc.
On the problem with the Axis owning Bucharest/Budapest:
I am going to make these 2 cities non-defended, and the player can assume they are axis allies.
The fact that the have no flag flying will help show this.
When Germany chooses to try and crush Russia,
This is triggered by an assault on yugoslavia/Belgrade.
Otherwise, the USSR gets a turn first, not accurate!
(keep in mind that in this scenario, the assault on the East is up to the player or AI civ)
Whenever Germany attacks the east, the two other Balkan cities will be seized too.
This represents the Germans taking total control over the regions.
Belgrade will have one infantry defence, and it's destruction will trigger the Barbarossa invasion.
Historical timescales are not an issue in DV2.
The power is in the hands of the player to decide when to attack, if ever...

You really should put Triest in, Curt, due to a historical controversy.
Trst was assigned to fascist Italy in 1920, whilst having a mainly Slovene population with a German upper cass and Italian merchants.
The Italians and slovene collaborators tried to fix that problem up until 1945 when the city was retaken by the Yugoslav army and held until 1947, when it became the capital of the Triestine free state. Trst/Trieste was annexed by Italy in 1953, whilst the rest of the free state went to the Slovenes and Croats.
Trieste/Trst remains bilingual to this day(althought the Italians of Padania began embracing fascism again in the 70's).
And the Germans only occupied cities such as Praga and Warszawa, althought they were probably named in German by the superpowers.

If ya seek a map with citys you can use the one I created for my Imperialism scn.
All the important citys are already placed but most of them must be renamed because they have their pre WWII names and/or are german spelled example: Yekatarinbur to Swerdlowsk; Tsaritzyn to Stalingrad and so on ...
The other scn. are included because I wanted to prevent error messages
PS: Map is also suitable for most pre- and after WWII scn.

Worry not dudes!
Trieste is in and belongs to the Axis power.
UPDATE:
The thing is now about 95% ready, and the new map plays well.
While the combat is balanced, your main foe may well be your finances!
You will have to keep conquering to gain cash to stay afloat.. (this was as Germany)
My next task is to fix some city names, place a few units, and place some uber tiles as conquest objectives.
Then I will make the two scn files (the Europa one and the regular one) and it will be ready for release!

Cifer Almasy:
surely you're right saying Lyon was (and is) very important; as I wrote, Vichy could be chosen if scenario-creator wants emphatize the strictly-political side during the war: VICHY was the capitol city of the satellite-state of France (not occuped).
NOWADAYS Vichy could just be the mineral-water capitol city... (after the italian ones, of course!!! )
Other things are cities you wrote for example: Munchen, London and Washington surely was (and are) very important political centre, not so Longview, Southampton and Nurnberg (but its trial at the end...). More, Munchen was the starting-centre of the Nazi party in 30's (but Nurnberg was one of the most important cities for this party, too).
Well, right, I always speak too much...
Valuk:
D'Annunzio 'fascist' ?....
Maybe. Maybe later. Probably.
The only sure thing is that D'Annunzio was... D'ANNUNZIAN !!!!!"Dilexi iustitiam, odivi iniquitatem, propterea morior in exilio" [PAPA GREGORIUS VII +1085] - ("He amado la justicia, he odiado la iniquidad, por eso muero en exilio") - ("I loved justice, I hated unfairness, that's why I die in exile") - (J'ai aimé la justice, j'ai détesté l'iniquité, c'est pourquoi je meurs en exil") - ("Ich liebte Gerechtigkeit und hasste Ungerechtigkeit, deshalb sterbe ich im Exil")
