I was wondering if anyone knew some way to edit the current scenarios. Anyone have any suggestions/tutorials, etc.? For EU2, by the way.

For a starter you can upgrade to 1.05 and get the (free) scenario editor that's included
With this you can load existing scenarios, change countries and their posessions, move around armies and stuff.
In addition to thsi there are lots of other things you can edit. I suggest you take a look at the website in my signature for more info
