    In August SF stated that EU2 would be released around the 13th November. The Beta Team dismissed the projected date as unviable. Imagine their reactions when SF went ahead and released what was, to them and me, a beta copy!

    Besides bug corrections etc there were still Country descriptions, Leaders, Events, etc etc to be added and checked. Some of the countries were still not playable as they didnt have leaders etc.

    The "real" 1.02 patch, when released, will make the game much more complete. I just hope that folk can hold on until then

      Don't the developers have ANY say in when the game is to be released?

      This seems like an absurd question but I'm starting to get the impression that the distributors have a near unlimited power over the developers.

        A small company such as Paradox dont have much clout. They were thankful just to get a Publisher to take it
