Balance of Power-works!
Wow.. been playing in GC as Spain.. normal/normal.. so far ive been dominating both in Rurope and in the new world.. so what happens? my badboy rating kicks in and france, helvetia, portual, scotland and some minor duchys all declare war on me at once!! Im overwhelmed!! Guess ill have to be more diplomatic next time around..
