Well, it was released nearly a week ago, but it seems noone here have noticed. Lots of bug fixing, but unlike most Paradox patches it's mostly just that. It's said that 1.05 will focus on implementing new things!

- Rulers will no longer be accused of cowardice for not commanding regiments when they are under 16.
