They use vBulletin for their forum software. They had installed the Beta version of 3.0 and I just noticed that the release version is now available. Their webmaster is a bit remiss about informing the community in the event of updates as well as outages so its hard to tell what might be up. Seems strange (lame actually) that they wouldn't just put up a simple announcement at (http://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/index.php) indicating what's going on and offering a possible time it will be operational again...

They usually inform the users if they take the board down for maintenance.

Paradox put a cap on users becvause the server were severly strained.
Those that get through to th forum has got a good speed.
