  • Yay, World Conquest

Australia's my puppet and everyone else is my ally. No, I am not going to try going for an EU2 style world conquest even though it might actually be pleasant in HOI.

I think he's playing as germany, the black stripe is just hard to see on the dark background.

Sorry, I played as Germany. Poland's more gold than grey.

Well, submarine bases are all that Norway is good for.

What do the colourless territories represent?
One day Canada will rule the world, and then we'll all be sorry.

Germany is the gray colour, if that's what you are refering too.

I thought so, but I didn't think it would be that easy to conquer all that territory from the Allies.

                      1.02 promises to change that.

It'd be very difficult to do that in 1.02. you get 10% dissent for going to war with a country who you don't have claims on, and 5% for a country that you do have claims on.

Much easier to just kill the big guys and coup the rest.

Edit: and it's all around much more difficult now aswell, with the bug fixes, improvements, and AI tweaks.

                          You're right

But what Europe Universalis is it? It's in modern times it seems? In my EU2, I can't play further than 1817... Do I?
