Visiting the official forums would help you a lot. You can read without registering. Almost every question you want to asked has been answered there already
Its worth sticking with it. A lot of people now play the game exclusively......

With all that plugging for the official forums it would make sense to put a link in your signature.

People in the official fora has made a special ability of it. They can make a short question that needs one reply a thread with 50 posts.

Its not an either or situation.

Would you complain if people advertised Poly in their EU sigs?

Just bought the game and love it, although regardless of any amount of online help I pick up, it's going to take a while to learn.

During beta testing, I went back and played EU1 for a day or so(all beta patches weren't playable) and it was sooooo easy if u compare with EU2. No domestic policies, no major events(dull though) and an army maintenance limit close to zip.

IS there any way to edit EU2 to make it easier- no random events, etc. Lower maintenance
That would be a good add-on tool

                      Cheater!

If u dont want any random events, delete all of them(there something more to do, dunno, never bothered to do it).

If u want lowered maintenance, edit the save game. Get to the lines that show ur citystats and change the line "concenter"( I think that's the line) to yes.

I take it you are the same Velociryx as in the EU fora?

Hell, seems like everyone and their kitchen sink is in here.
