    Ramo: Because a province that would normally have a 70% chance of colonization when cleaned out would only have a 50% chance of colonization with just a measly 200 natives there. The increase in eventual income is almost nonexistent, and the price in more colonists sent and failing, not to mention it taking longer to get the new colony actually producing, that makes it not worth the effort in the New World.
    All syllogisms have three parts.
    Therefore this is not a syllogism.
