Yes, better to have more RAM.
I checked and game can swallow 86 MB in latter game, so if you have 64 and your OS in it ... there is going to be lot of disk swapping. I have C366 and 192 MB and it runs smoothly, on win2000.

PCZone magazine said that a 4mb video card would speed things along better than 2mb.
