The bolded file is the only one that doesn't exist in 1.08. It was added in the April 12 beta.

Of course, the April 21 beta should have that file in it.

Nope. It only prevents you from playing MP. It's supposed to stop people from cheating.

Maybe, I tested it out to see if it would connect but when I pick a channel it freezes. This might be just because Valkerienet is down though, which I just learned.
