It seems the guys who make EU, EU2, Victoria, Crusader Kings, and all have just bought the rights to the Civ franchise. Do any of you see massive changes making Civ more like EU2?

Hang on. What is this really? Paradox bought Civ, Firaxis bought EU, Firaxis somehow didn't HAVE civ already and bought it, or nothing at all?

EU(2) is certainly worth it.
Oerdin (curse his very name!) just got the wrong company and scared some of us.
Atari apparently sold the license to Civilization. I'm not sure anyone really knows to whom.
Nothing to do with Paradox or any of the games they produce apparently, other than some (rather far-fetched) speculation that Paradox may have bought it.Comment

I hope Victoria is, but Virtual Programming seem to have messed up with my order.

Vicky is pretty cool, but you definately need the VIP mod. It's also pretty complex, and the manual ain't fer **** and there's no tutorial.Originally posted by Agathon

If you wanna learn you have to go to the forums, pick a subject, read up on it, play the game a little bit, then go back to the forums and pick a new subject.
