Age of Mythology: The Titans

Just got ICQ from the guys at Silicon Valley... Ensemble Studios announced the Age of Mythology expansion, Age of Mythology: The Titans.

There's a fourth culture (Atlanteans) added, plenty of new god powers, 10 new myth units, ability to upgrade human units into heroes and such cool stuff .

Last time I peeked at the AOM forums it seemed pretty evident that Ensemble Studios hadn't balanced the game for MP properly with 3 races........let alone 4.

Spike, it's noob whining... there has been no imbalance... ask anyone who played the series for years, and they will tell you so.

Atlanteans worshop titans... probably Atlas, Cronus and Oceanus.

Not at all. Last time I looked many of the Age Pro players were not playing AOM because of imbalance. Having said that there has been a patch since........so I'm not sure of the current situation.

Well, in the original state of things, Poseidon Hippikon rush might be a bit unbalanced, I agree.

Ra FH... hard to counter, but balanced. Now Loki... balanced, damnit!
