Looking for SC4 forum

I'm looking for a good SimCity 4 forum and fansite, something comparable to Apolyton, if that's possible.

Can someone recommend one or two?

Simcity central is big, I have no idea why its not working now, server problems I think. Simtropolis is much smaller, but you can find some stuff in there too: http://www.simtropolis.com/

There's a forum on the official site, but that one sucks... I only go there, because that's probably the place, where the news comes first

The simtropolis is more then decent though.
