It is not innovative I'll grant you. But it is standalone.

What exactly didn't you like? I found the short supply of scenarios disappointing along with other annoyances, but still good material for a sequel.

Anyway, how much can you tell about a game in 15 minutes?

I couldn't pause the game to do things, and all those idiots went on their own ways to get slaughtered.

              Fallout 3 and/or Baldur's Gate 3 - just don't get this 3D thing.

              Imperialism 3

              Colonization 2

Railroad Tycoon 3 - on its way apparently.

Yes, keeping the sprite art is very improtant for a future Fallout game.

Max Payne 2, with a few new weapons, and some new bullet time moves.

The look and feel should stay the same, but i don't mind if it is 3D.
Static for example had realtime 3d rendered characters, it improved performance, and still had the fallout-look.

Static games are an important concept in game theory, and many real-world situations can be modeled as static games.

the project is dead now btw.

Imperialism III, I'd want it to be during the era of the initial one though. As when comparing the two again recently I found the first one better than the second one (the engine simply fits better for the era which it was built for)...
