Age of Mythology.
A bit faster then the previous one's, and there's lots of stuff to do in it.

My Friends seem to think Warcraft3 is a good one, but I haven't honestly played any of those.

Age of Mythology is the best IMHO, but WC3 is good too and I haven't played Warclords Battlecry.
