This is a game restricted to the Greek audience, not only because it's theme is the Greek Revolution (from the Greek side, since you can't play as the Turks or the Egyptians), but also because it's written exclusively in Greek.

It seems to be a Europa-Universalis-type game, but the website isn't very enlightening.
