With 25% Barracks, 5% war science and all generals you'll have only a 37.5% chance to break me with all of my elites out. So .

Even if you do break me, with mercenaries. It will leave you with 29.049DPA, or 15338 DP. Enough for me to make two succesful traditional marches and one conquest.
