    I don't know if this has been posted here before, but...

    Bahamut Lagoon. Claims to be a complete translation, though I haven't tried it myself yet.

    For those who don't know, it's one of Squaresoft's unreleased-in-English games... an FFTactics-style game with lots of dragons.

    Hmm, I'll check it out. AOW2 is being a pretty nasty demand on my time, though. Also in terms of emulated stuff, I still have to finish Golden Sun...hrmm.
