Have any of you tried this game? It's free to download the client and if you know a registered player (like me) you can get sent a challenge without paying.

It's turn based play by e-mail strategy written by some of the guys who did the X-Com and original Laser Squad games.

Very good fun...

It is a lot of fun. Quite simple and the games don't last too long. 30 turns max is standard but I've occasionally had games that last as few as 5 or 6 turns.
