Woolworths is still around in the UK?

I soared gracefully into the dirt here many many years ago.

I now possess Morrowind! Yay! Not quite as cheap as I'd expected, since EB shops are more expensive than EB websites. However, a 10% student discount and a £2.50 voucher pushed it down to £29, so I can't complain.

Now I'm off to read the manual while I eat lunch, and then I'll, erm, backup, reformat, reinstall and have a crack at it. I was going to reinstall anyway, it's not that Morrowind has forced it.

I still recommend getting Thief 1 and 2 when and if you can.
I'm building a wagon! On some other part of the internets, obviously (but not that other site).

If you want a banana plantation tycoon type game, then Tropico comes pretty close since it incorpoates banana plantations.

Yeah, they're quite a steal. You can really take a bow in those games.

The bow! Oh, the sheer frustration at the bows in Morrowind, without the slowly creaking string, thezooming in, the wobbling as the arm falters, and then the inevitable surrender. The water arrows--the HOLY water arrows making zombies explode. The broadheads, used to distract guards. The fire arrows, used to solve puzzles and attack creatures. Oh yes.
