Okay got it working, with no sound and windowed. I can live with both of these because I play when my GF is asleep, and she can't stand noise.
It runs pretty good and my Graphics card is only 16 meg.Don't try to confuse the issue with half-truths and gorilla dust!Comment

I was bored, so I saved the game, found a nice central spot in Balmora and attacked a Hlaalu guard.
6 more came few moments later to kill me, do you want to see the pile of their bodies? I didnt use magic or potions.

I just did the Bound Item cheat to see if it works.....it does.
I got daedric boots with 80(?) I think armor rating. They also give +10 speed.Don't try to confuse the issue with half-truths and gorilla dust!Comment

It's a spell.
Bound Longsword.
Bound Mace.
Bound Gloves.
They are all minor Daedra trapped in the shape of the item summoned.

Yikes, thats heavy. I seem to remember in previous games the Orc armor was heavy as lead but the better enchanted materials actually got lighter after that.
