Looking for "People's General"

I have been looking for it to rip off the net for a while to no avail. If anyone finds it, please tell me.

If it can be legally downloaded then sites like The Wargamer and Home of the Underdogs are bound to host it pretty quickly. I thoroughly enjoyed dusting off my copy and replaying it recently.
