Anyone play "Archmage" here?

Text based fantasy strategy mud game should I call? Has anyone heard or played this before? tips/strategies will be appreciated.

Ive played the similar game Utopia, and ive heard about archmage thru Utopia. Ive actually been checking it out as well, but i found out that i did´nt had time to play to text based net games.

Played it, got up to about #600, got bored, quit... Just research all you can, then grab land... Utopia is better..
