Gemfire anyone?

Has anyone ever played an old SNES / Genesis game called Gemfire?

It's kinda like an early version of Civ

I no longer have a SNES and i was wondering if anyone has this game for an emulator?

i've looked everywhere but all i find is dead links

I've searched the web for roms a while back when the only PC I had was a P90, I never saw any mention of gemfire though. That doesn't mean its not out there, just that it'll be hard to find.
