Darth Revan and Darth Malak from KOTOR. Both of them were ruthless and were awesome villains!

Sam Fisher from Splinter Cell. Michael Ironside's voice acting is great in the game and he's pretty damn cool.
Solid Snake from the Metal Gear Series. Bada**? You bet. I like how he could snap the neck of guys. This guy even takes on a giant walking tank and survives!
