  • For god's sake it was the last nuke of the game.........I'm sure you and SC are going to fight it out also.

My action was nothing like as bad as your breaking our treaty on the first turn.

    • I planned to end that game in a coop victory, and I plan the same for this one.
You analyzed that move of mine sometime during the last few games, so you do know the reason why I did it. Besides, my orders were already sent when I made that pact.

      • I don't think co-op victories should be allowed.........it's against the spirit of NW.

        • How so? The first NW was faction versus faction.
You didn't object to coop when it was you set to win from it either.

          • Yeah but the factions were never meant to win as a group.......it was always about eliminating the opposition then infighting. That was my impression anyway.

Yeah, that has been occuring to me for the last few turns. Unfortunately, I do not see any other way around it. The nuke from Herc took me out of this game. For that he will pay.

When it is down to me and the Skankster, then we will battle it out. He has been a good ally in this game. If he wins, then I don't really lose.

Orders sent! Same as last time, right Skanky?
We're sorry, the voices in my head are not available at this time. Please try back again soon.

                • Report for 2nd of April 2004

Hercules narrowly avoided destruction today by hiding in his bunker, which absorbed two nukes each from Skanky Burns and Spaced Cowboy without harming it's contents. Shortly afterwards, newspapers began reporting that the head of a man known to work for Skanky had been posted outside Herc's government offices, looking rather the worse for wear.

                  Total Player Losses:

                  None.

                  Remaining City List:

                  Spaced Cowboy:
                  2 cities (No, Kill)

                  Skanky Burns:
5 cities (Thief, SMAC, Tibia, Morrowind, ICS)

                  MrBaggins:
                  2 cities (Mecca, Jerusalem)

                  Hercules:
                  3 cities (Gloom, Doom, Boom)

                  • Heah I am not sure about this pact business.

Which ever of the two of you I attacked was going to retaliate and even if I built a city or something either or both of you were going to attack me anyhow. I attacked Spaced because I thought he had gone missing but then he posted just afterwards.

                    • Orders sent.

By the way if it all ends in a Nuclear Holocost for me I am pleased to have survived this far given my 10 ten day absence. I was pleasantly surprised that my order queue kept me in the game.

                          • So, things have become interesting.
If it is a fight to the death then I must presume all alliances are off now.
