    Zopp: there would be a way to solve a three-way tie with a coin flip(s). (Though that is now irrelevant.)

    Flip a coin three times, once for each person who is tied. If a heads comes up, they are still considered a suspect; a tails, exonerated. If HHH or TTT comes up, repeat. If two heads, now it's a simple flip. If only one head, that dude is doomed.

      If the Mafia was Skanky, it would already be over because whoever he votes for is killed and the other he kills at night.

      Since the game isn't declared over, the Mafia isn't Skanky.
