The description of the death stated that a stiletto was stuck in Tassadar. A stiletto, in addition to being a dagger, can also be a small, sharp-pointed instrument used for making holes in embroidery. So, it could be the seamstress, HongHu.

Sure, it's a stretch, but who would ever suspect a kind female seamstress to actually be a Mafia? It's the perfect cloak to hide one's true identity behind.
