I would post a report, but I'm disappointed to say that nothing happened. I'm serious. I just continued slower expansion, which was hampered by how the RCI indicator wouldn't quit swinging all to and fro...I reenacted a bunch of ordinances
, and started building a bit on the side of the mountain, which makes a nice part of the city to look at. Luckily, before my administration was permanently doomed to obscurity, in 1999 I was offered and accepted the Science Research Lab.
