    Myr Matrix (5)

    Artifact

Myr Matrix is indestructible. ("Destroy" effects and lethal damage don't destroy it.)

    All Myr get +1/+1.

    (5) : Put a 1/1 Myr artifact creature token into play.
At least it's less stupid than Platinum Angel.

So I guess Altar's Light doesn't completely suck anymore. Nice.

Ooo, this could be bad. You can just animate it and beat the jeebies outta somebody. You can also redirect all damages you have sustained to it afterwards. What damage?

I suspect they won't re-introduce "bury". They transmuted that to "destroy _____. It can't be regenerated".

But Dawn Elemental falls to Terminate, Dark Banishing, etc.

There are many fewer options to eliminate Myr Matrix. You can unsummon it, remove it from the game, steal it, or cause it to be sacrificed (eg. Misguided Rage).

Speaking of that last point, I wouldn't be surprised to see a version of Chainer's Edict for artifacts in Fifth Dawn.

Edit: Can you see the image? I attached it at home, but now I'm not at that computer and it's not showing up.

Today's article is apparently called "Reacting to Indestructibility". It's not online yet, but I wonder if they made a card specifically designed to eliminate indestructible artifacts?
