So, how long do you figure we should wait for missing orders? I suppose if there is no response from a driver, then the orders remain: straight, and no acceleration. Now, though, how long should we wait between each turn?Comment

48 hour rule is good, because with me every turn last 48h, minimum.

Okay, in that case, let it be 48 hours.
I started the last round on 6 January, so there's about sevent more hours till the orders are not accepted any more. The way things currently are, both Frozzy and Jamski get off to a fairly good start even without any special orders. So I see no reason to wait for them much longer than that.

After my experience in the first round, open orders might not be the way to go. Some people still don't pay attention.
