Proposed rule change: Deflections

I suggested this in the NWII thread, but it belongs here, so...
Currently, the deflection rule is as follows:
I propose changing it to this:
Basically, it changes the nukes that get bounced from the odd-numbered nukes to the even-numbered nukes.
(In case it isn't a given that I'm voting for this, I'm in favor of this change. )

When deflecting nukes to a certain player, half the nukes aimed at you, rounded down, will be sent to another player (Which has to be included in the orders). Nukes 1, 3, 5, ...2n+1 will hit, while 2, 4, 6, ...2n will be deflected.
