Ok next up. An Amiga (and quite possibly PC) game from 1991. It was a sequel and was one of those games where the developer's name was always mentioned. Not quite at the Sid level of fame though. It was 3D and sort of strategy, sort of rpg and a bit of shoot 'em up.Comment

Chaos Engine great multiplayer game but no.
And completely off topic i'm re-reading the 'difference engine' which always makes me think of the chaos engine.
I did mention the genre although its a mixture and while there is a driving element (in fact quite a bit) its not a racing game as such. In fact you can drive tanks, sail boats and fly planes....Comment
