I reinstalled it on my D drive. but I have yet to play it again.

But it wins the lifetime achievement award, and deserves a place on my hard drive.

I know there are a few scenarios out there I want to play still, and one of these days I'll download and play them.

are there any good scenarios for test of time?

I put that on my D drive as well in case there were some good scenarios utilizing multiple maps.

Civ 2 will always be installed on my computer, too. I'll just never play it again

Haven't played it since ToT came out... I played a few games with ToT, but ToT totally killed the game
This space is empty... or is it?

What about me? I haven't played any commercial game for a year now. I'm getting desperate to play a game that costs money and requires windoze.

I play Civ2 on and off, though it does reqiure a boot into OS 9 for me. I prefer it over civ3, and somewhat over SMAC

Personaly i think Civ2 is far to outdated now, The GFX are too poor (by modern standards i mean) and with new games out all the time its hard too keep interest and time to play Civ2. However in its day Civ2 was God-Like and i personaly lost many a week-end to this game. It sparked my love for TBS games and ever sence i havent stopped playing the genre (even if i dont play Civ2 anymore)
Then i remembered thinking to myself "Holy Jesus what are these god damn animals"----> "Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas"
