Although thinking about it, that particular site in only AoK, there are *.heavengames sites for aoe, aom, aom2?, and so on. The heavengames network is to RTS as apolyton is to TBS.Concrete, Abstract, or Squoingy?

Best AOE scenarios ive played
The Persians Wars by Gordon Farrell (actually a series of 5 campaigns, each with several scenarios)
Scipio and the 2nd Punic War, by Imhotep
The David Saga, by Imhotep (2 campaigns)
Apparently Farrel and Imhotep are 2 of the best AOE scenario designers out there.
