We have set up a production site for parts for the space station in Jackson, and our government has allocated about 75 Billion Dollars towards the spacestation alone each year.

The Commonwealth of Alien Races wishes to join this noble endeavor. I am sure that the space station will be well-served by our unparalleled state-of-the-art vacuum communication technology. (This technology is crucial to the operation of our government to ensure proper communication between the Commonwealth and its settlements in space - some of which are hundreds of light-years away.)

We have earmarked approximately 25 billion mosaicas towards this project as an initial investment. Several of our space scientists are on their way via helicopter to Stella Island. We hope that they are well-received.

Ah, excellent. A space station is absolutely necessary to perform experiments (particularly zero-g and vacuum) and a stepping stone for further space explorations.

Of course, facilities are open to all treaty members.

Also, we have completed several extra 'Neptune 2' rockets capable of delivering huge payloads. The next sheduled launch, 7 days from now will see the first Cerooan manned mssion into space, for the final test of the heat-resistant shielding we will eventually use on the hull of our forthcoming reusable craft.
Development is now back underway as money has been sourced from the private sector, and military spending money has been reallocated.
However, we belive the rewards of this project will eventually outweigh the costs we endure now.

This project has Marijuania's full support.

Scientific discovery, and the human urge for exploration is one of mankinds most noble endeavors, and investment in the future of space travel, exploration and utilisation is a key aim of Marijuania.

As such, we would like to offer the full services of the Marijuanian scientific and technological community, as well as the full results and research of the "Committee of Transdimensional Research", a body researching the question and implimentation of superlumial (faster than light) space travel.

We have developed the "Challenger" class of transdimensional-warp ships. Powered by quantum singularities, fusion reactors for light consumption, and matter/anti-matter conversion for power boosts, these ships boast extensive scientific, medical and transportation facilities. They are also heavily armed and shielded, should the unfortunate situation occur that they need to defend themselves.

The technology used here will be made fully available to the Apolyton Space Station project, in the hope that the Marijuanian Space Programme will also be accepted by this joint venture.

                Now THAT is role playing!

Um, is this possible? I didn't think any nation had this form of technological advancement, however, if I see some evidence, or blueprints, then I will wholehearedly accept it. As for now, I reserve judgement. "I'll believe it when I see it".

That won't be necessary. As the holder for the ISS defence contract, I already have some very high tech weaponry, both missile and ship based, that can defend the route from Apolyton to the Space Station.

That may not be necessarily, since Noosland has alread developed our HLS (heavy lift shuttle). We should be able to work out a technological transfer agreement, so that you do not have to reinvent the wheel, as it were.

The first manned mission is more of a publicity stunt for the Cerooan people, we need to show them that we are not just 'hitching a ride' along with slightly more advanced nations. So, despite the cost, will still go ahead.

However we would gratefully accept Noosland's offer, and hope to come to an agreement on compensation for the transfer.

Meanwhile, Ceroo have completed the construction of The SolaGen Mk1, a module that can be used for generating power via solar panels. One SolaGen module could power several inhabited modules (we estimate 5-8 depending on energy consumption). Another one is due to be produced shortly. Any more would be subject to funding and the number of modules we're going to be putting up there.

                      edit: half a post again

While our rocket and shuttle tachnologies is backward compared to the one of the other members of this intiative, we have recently developed two new and very high-tech Multi-Purpouse Logistic Modules (Leonardo and Raffaello) which we believe might be very useful for the new Space Station, and we are currently working on a new one.

                          "Um, is this possible?"

                          Yes, yes it is

Transdimensional theory is an idea that I have been working on for a while, and I shall prepare the blueprints for you.

A massive explosion rocked the Texice Launch Facility early this morning. The explosion occured during the engine startup phase of the first test launch of the experimental Halibut 1 heavy lift rocket. The exact cause of the accident is still under investigation, but it is reported that there were no causualties.

The Halibut 1 is a joint project between the Eternal Cold Space Authority and the Free Land of Lemmypokers. While the project will continue despite this setback, the Director of the ECSA has said that the incident could limit Eternal Cold's participation in the Apolyton Space Station to technical and financial support for the launches of other nations.

In related news, the Director of the ECSA announced that the team en route to Stella Island will continue the trip to provide assistance to the other nations involved in the project at that facility.

We already have rockets that we can use to launch various sparts of the Spacestation into orbit. The only problem is that we cannont send a maned crew up with the parts so they can be put togather in orbit. We are in the steps to making a reuseable spaceship that we can send a crew and the space station parts up togather. We already have a working protype and we are now testing it.
